We have compiled a list of some of the most frequently asked questions about our Farmhouse vacation rental at Blue Sky Farm located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. If you still do not find the answer to your query, feel free to contact us, and we’d be more than willing to assist you.
Nightly Rate: $850
Minimum Stay: 2 nights
Security Deposit: $500 (refunded after post-stay inspection)
Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+
We want your arrival and departure to be as relaxing as your stay. Please review our procedures below. Specific instructions for your booking, including your unique door codes, will be sent via email a few days before your arrival.
Check-in: 11:00 AM
• Self-check-in: For your convenience, we offer a hassle-free self-check-in. You will receive a unique key code to access the front door’s smart lock.
Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out: Late check-out is generally not available, especially during peak season, as our cleaning team needs ample time to prepare the home for our next guests.
Before You Go: We appreciate you taking a moment to complete a few small tasks before you leave.
- Towels may be left in the bathrooms at the end of your stay for cleaning and replacement.
- Run the dishwasher if it is full.
- Dispose of all trash in the designated outdoor bins.
- Turn off all lights and set the thermostat to a reasonable temperature (e.g., 72°F in summer, 68°F in winter).
- Lock all doors and windows.
Departing: No need to return any keys. Simply close and lock the front door behind you.
Property Amenities & Supplies
- Major appliances: dishwasher, washer/dryer, cookware, dishes, and silverware.
- Linens and towels are provided.
- Basic soaps and toilet paper are provided per bathroom. Please bring your our personal toiletries like shampoo and lotions as well as laundry supplies.
- Wi-Fi/High-speed internet, TV & Streaming: Spectrum Cable and Netflix
Pets are welcome for a fee of $50 per night, per pet. Enjoy our wide open spaces perfect for running and playing with your pets.
- Please clean up after your pet to keep the property enjoyable for all guests.
- Pets must be supervised at all times and not left alone in the home unless crated.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets during their stay. Pet fees do not cover damages, they’re simply for the privilege of bringing a pet.
- Any additional cleaning required due to pet accidents (such as urine, stains, or excessive hair) may result in an extra cleaning fee.
There is ample parking available on the property, with plenty of room for multiple vehicles, snowmobiles, boats, and RVs. Guests will find a mix of paved and gravel areas, making it easy to accommodate different types of vehicles and trailers.
Boat Launches and Swim Areas:
Town of Linn
Linn has two boat launches accessible from the south end of the lake on Linn Road and Hillside Road.
Village of Fontana
Fontana has a large beautiful beach area with lots of soft sand and grass areas. The Fontana Boat Launch is located at 200 Lake St, Fontana-On-Geneva Lake, WI 53125.
Village of Williams Bay
Williams Bay offers a public beach area and boat launch located on 89 E Geneva St #49, Williams Bay, WI 53191.
Lake Geneva
Riviera Beach is close to downtown, the Public Library, the Riviera Ballroom and more. The boat launch is located just down the street on 328 Wrigley Dr, Lake Geneva, WI 53147.
